I am reaching out during this time of great upheaval and uncertainty to inform you about our plans and measures at Valora Technologies to manage events stemming from the COVID-19 outbreak. We have implemented our pandemic preparedness plans, as we continue to monitor conditions and institute measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees and preserve our ability to operate.
First, we have successfully transitioned to being a remote workforce for nearly all personnel, ensuring the ongoing safety and health of our team, while maintaining sufficient resources to keep systems running safely. Second, we have upgraded our infrastructure and bandwidth so as to accommodate greater processing loads, and heavier remote access and file storage needs. We do not anticipate any service outages at this time. Third, we have instituted business travel, workplace and in-person meeting restrictions until further notice.
We realize this situation remains very dynamic. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more. We are confident in our preparation and contingency planning for situations such as this. We want to assure you that Valora is open for business and operating smoothly. We are doing everything we can to accommodate our clients across the globe, as they implement their own measures.
